Mining is a skill used for obtaining ores. Miners or machinery need to be used to obtain ores.

Mining XP

Mining experience is gained from miners or machinery when they mine an ore. After researching the 3rd mining perk you can open geodes for extra xp. Later in the game, you can send a mining train to obtain rare ores for 500k oil, which grants 1 million mining xp.

Mining Machinery

At the start, the player can buy miners in the Game shop as the first digger. Gradually, higher level machines will be available to craft and use. The ore from mining are used to sell to the shop for money.

Generally, higher tier machines just mine ores slightly better than lower tier ones, but this is not scaled to the amount of oil being used. Therefore running more lower machines tend to be more efficient for oil use.

You can also get Titanium from Cave Bags with a very rare chance (1/300). We suspect that machinery and uses for this will be implemented in the future.

Geodes

Geodes are found with mining machinery, different machinery find different geodes.

Geodes can be turned into minerals.

  • Price is the price for opening the geode.
  • XP is the experience player get by identifying mineral opened from geode.

Minerals are used for Mineral Necklace.

  • Time in table above shows how long will the necklace be imbued by mineral.

Gems

In addition to ores, gems can also be found. Learn more at Gems
